Acceptance
By using the website or submitting a form, you accept these terms. They do not exclude any mandatory consumer right under the laws of the State of Kuwait. The registered Arabic company name governs.
1. Website purpose
The website provides product information, quote requests, technical review, consultations and showroom visit requests. It does not take online payment. A submission is not a sale, confirmed reservation or final company acceptance.
2. When an agreement is formed
A request becomes binding only after compatibility and installation review, a final quotation, customer acceptance, written company confirmation and an invoice or final agreement. LIVE SMART may request information, photographs or a site survey before pricing.
3. Pricing and availability
Displayed prices and information are indicative unless stated otherwise. The final quotation identifies price, availability, timing, installation requirements and necessary gateways or accessories. It may change if the scope or supplied information changes.
4. Customer information and compatibility
Customers must provide accurate information about doors, wiring, networks, smart-home platforms and the installation location. Compatibility is assessed using available information and may remain subject to a site survey.
5. Installation and access
Safe access, suitable power and network access must be available where required. Wiring and additional work responsibilities are stated in the quotation. Work outside scope requires customer approval of the additional cost.
6. Appointments
Showroom and consultation submissions are requests only. They are confirmed when the team contacts the customer and confirms the date and time. Appointments may be rearranged for operational reasons with notice.
7. Warranty, returns and exchanges
The published Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy applies. Manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes misuse, accidental or liquid damage, and unauthorized installation, repair or modification.
8. Intellectual property
Company-owned content, design, marks and images may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Manufacturer and platform marks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Liability and events beyond control
General information is provided in good faith and does not replace project-specific technical verification. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and disputes are subject to the competent Kuwaiti authorities and courts, without restricting the consumer's right to contact the relevant regulator.
